Crazy lady here!!!!

Gals and Guys I promise I didn't forget about you I promise I know I missed yesterday and I promise I will make it up!  Oilfield info/safety post will be on Friday this week since I missed you all yesterday!!!

This week has been a little hectic and it is only Tuesday!!!!!!

My wonderful husband is on his way home from 1/2 way around the world I talked to him from Kuwait this morning and then Dubai, isn't technology just grand????

He is on his plane now and will land in Atlanta around 6ish and then in OKC at around 10am!!! WooHoo!

Over the past weekend I was in Houston for my daughter's Premier League West soccer games (which she won both!) and I was so excited to eat at my very favorite restaurant.... Pappadeaux!!!! I am addicted to their Shrimp Etouffee, I cannot get enough of that stuff!!!!  Plus their Banana Pudding in the mason jar.... TO DIE FOR!

We figured why not just make it a triple threat and we ate at Pappasitos on Saturday and Sunday before we left we tried Pappas BBQ... I love those Pappas restaurants!  Pappas Burgers is equally awesome and the best steak of my life (and I am NOT a steak person) was at Pappa Bros Steakhouse.   

So my question to you all today is what is your favorite restaurant?  Your favorite dish to splurge in?  (heavens knows that dish above is NOT diet)   Share please even if they are large chains or holes in the walls, we all want to know and we may all even discover a new place to check out when out and about!
